Email Opt-In & Opt-Out
By subscribing to our mailing list, you agree to receive recurring promotional and personalized marketing emails at the email associated with your Opt-In. Email frequency may vary, and may be sent periodically at our sole discretion. If you do not wish to continue receiving marketing emails from us or no longer agree to these Terms, you may unsubscribe at any time using the “unsubscribe” link in our emails. You will receive an additional email confirming your decision to Opt-Out. Deciding to Opt-Out from our mailing list will not affect any other authorized communications under applicable law. You acknowledge and agree that we do not guarantee the delivery of any marketing emails or the process of any Opt-Out requests, and are not responsible for failing to honor such requests. Community Guidelines
By using the Site, you may create or share content including text, images, videos, audio, graphics, or other materials (collectively, the “User Content”). By creating or sharing User Content on the Site or on social media platforms, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license without compensation to use, reproduce, display, and create derivative works from your User Content for marketing or other lawful purposes, including in connection with your name, username, or likeness. You agree that you retain all rights and required permissions to your User Content and that you remain solely responsible for such content, and indemnify us from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from it. You may not create or share User Content that is unlawful, infringes any rights, or is otherwise objectionable, offensive, or harmful. Your User Content may be visible to others and we may monitor, remove, or disable access to such User Content at our sole discretion without notice, and preserve or disclose it if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or users. You acknowledge and agree that the User Content you create or share does not infringe any rights or violate any law, and that we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of any User Content and are not responsible for such content or its misuse by others.
Products & Services
All details, features, and content of the Products displayed on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. Actual Products may vary or differ from what is shown due to manufacturing tolerances or the technical specifications and settings of various devices’ displays. The Products you receive may appear slightly different in size, color, or appearance compared to the images on the Site. This is a normal occurrence and does not affect the quality of the Products. Displayed Products may be out of stock or discontinued, and availability is subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to retain ownership of any Products purchased through the Site until payment is received in full. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that ownership of the Products will transfer to you only after we receive full and cleared payment for the order, and that we may suspend our obligations related to the Products until such payment is received.
Promotional Offers
We will announce discounts, promotions, or promo codes (collectively, the “Promotions”) through the Site and our mailing list. All Promotions start and end times are announced in CST/CDT (Dallas) time. Promotions are personal, non-transferable, and valid for one-time use and limited to one per order or per account. Limited Promotions are only valid while supplies last. A 14% welcome discount may be applied on your first eligible order when you sign up for our mailing list at the bottom of the Site. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit Promotions to specific Products or exclude certain Products. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that applicable Promotions will be allocated proportionally across only eligible Products in your order, excluding taxes and shipping costs.
Resellers Prohibited
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit the unauthorized resale or distribution of any Products purchased from the Site, our official Instagram Shop, or TikTok Shop to any third party. Your purchase of our Products is for your personal use only, by either yourself or your intended recipient of the Products. Quantity Limits & Order Restrictions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, limit, correct, or cancel any order at any time, without prior notice. We may limit the quantity of Products purchased per order, per account, per payment method, per person, or per household. If any portion of your order is canceled, we will provide notice through the Site or by email, and refund any amounts paid.
Pricing & Payment
All Products displayed on the Site are shown at the current price, excluding taxes and shipping costs. Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be added to the amount of your purchase at checkout. We strive to display accurate pricing for our Products, but pricing, typographical, or other errors may occur. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change any prices or payment methods at any time, without prior notice. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to provide accurate and current information necessary to facilitate payment, including that you are the authorized user of the used payment method, that all payment information is true, correct, and complete, that charges will be honored by your payment provider, and that you will pay all amounts due at the displayed prices. If legal action is necessary to collect any amounts due, you agree to reimburse us and any persons acting on our behalf for all expenses incurred to recover such amounts. Full and cleared payment must be received before acceptance of an order. If you pay using a payment method denominated in a currency different from the displayed prices, additional charges and foreign exchange differences may apply to the amount of your purchase.
Taxes
We will collect applicable sales taxes on Products shipped to any state or region for which we determine we have a duty to collect sales tax. Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable law. If an item is subject to sales tax, you acknowledge and agree that the amount of taxes shown at checkout may be adjusted, and that you remain solely responsible for paying any sales taxes associated with your purchase, unless you provide us with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of Products and the Products’ shipping address.
Fulfillment & Delivery
You may review and confirm your order details before submitting the order. We will send you a confirmation email (the “Order Confirmation”) shortly after your order is placed. The Order Confirmation only acknowledges receipt of your order request and does not constitute acceptance or commitment to fulfill the order. You will receive an additional email confirming the acceptance of your order after full and cleared payment has been received. Orders may be shipped only to the shipping address provided at checkout and may not be shipped to multiple addresses, P.O. boxes, or other non-residential addresses. If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient’s failure to collect or rearrange receipt of the Products, the order may be canceled and a refund issued for the Products only, excluding any shipping costs or additional charges. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that title and risk of loss will transfer to you after the third party carrier receives the Products, and that you remain solely responsible for any issues, delays, or failures that occur while the Products are in transit or after delivery.
