Return Policy

We hope you enjoy the clean experience the SEEPY H₂O Purity Vessel adds to your daily hydration. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your SEEPY product(s) within 30 days of when you placed the order to receive a refund. The original order number must be provided to place a return. Eligible product(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition, with all packaging and labels intact. For health and hygiene reasons, returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted or refunded.

Please note, we are not able to cover return shipping costs. Ensuring the product(s) are placed in a secure shipping box is important to prevent damage while in transit. A trackable shipping method is highly recommended, as we are not able to cover lost returns.

Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment, reflecting only the amount actually paid and excluding any discounts, promotions, or shipping costs. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@seepy.us within 5 days of delivery for assistance with return shipping coverage or to arrange a replacement.

Please note, product(s) may only be returned directly to SEEPY if they were purchased from seepy.us, our official Instagram Shop, and TikTok Shop. We are not able to offer assistance for orders not placed through our official channels.
